How to open your product ZIP with 7-Zip

After payment, download both your product ZIP and its password or unlock-instructions PDF from My Account → Downloads. Keep these two files together. Your passcode is in the PDF supplied with that same purchase.

  1. For Windows, download and install the .exe version that matches your PC. Most PCs use 64-bit x64; choose ARM64 or 32-bit x86 only if that matches your system.
  2. Open 7-Zip File Manager, browse to your Downloads folder, select your product ZIP and click Extract.
  3. Choose a destination folder. Paste the passcode from your matching PDF into the Password field and click OK. If a password prompt appears later, enter that same passcode.
  4. Passwords are case-sensitive. Copy every character exactly and avoid extra spaces before or after the passcode.
  5. Open Guide/Setup-guide.pdf in the extracted folder, then follow the product setup instructions.

If extraction fails: confirm that the ZIP and password PDF are from the same purchase, copy the passcode again, and download both files again if the ZIP is incomplete. Contact support through your account if you still need help.
